First we though that patient was allergic to Bactrim (main cause of SJS for HIVpositive patients)... For security;we stoped all drugs . When he was better, we started to give again TB treatment step by step to exclude another cause. After he took rifampicin, again generalised skin reaction occured. See next photos of same patient.
